To this end we ensure that all of our staff benefit from appropriate training, skills development and experience.
Bardo Electrical aims for continual personal development of our staff in mandatory Health and Safety courses such as Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness through to technical certificates.
Our Office based staff can gain NVQ Qualifications in Business Administration.
Bardo Electrical recruits new apprentices each year. Their training is supported by national training providers JTL who deliver comprehensive, high quality training.
When recruiting experienced staff, we attract JIB Graded Electricians and our site supervisors and foremen are trained specifically in site management duties. Bardo Electrical's staff training and development is constantly monitored by the Electrical Contractors Association and we hold ECA Warranty and Bond certificates.
