Safe and healthy working is a prime objective for Bardo Electrical’s management, staff and clients. In accordance with our SHEQ Policy, appropriate Health & Safety training is given to all company members and our staff know the importance of care and compliance with the Health & Safety requirements of our clients, whilst operating on their premises.
Accreditations to various bodies as shown below provide our clients with the assurance that Health and Safety standards and systems are understood and complied with.
Electrotechnical Certification Scheme
Bardo Electrical Operatives all hold ECS ( Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) Cards.
All Staff and Operatives receive regular training and “refreshers” for H&S requirements e.g. Work at Height, Asbestos Awareness, IPAF etc. Additionally “tool box talks” are delivered on a regular basis covering the many aspects of H&S awareness in “bit” form.
The Directors and Contract Management and Site Foreman IOSH, SMSTS through to SSSTS Managing Safely Qualification and are supported by MECSafe Group, deemed our competent persons www.mecsafe.co.uk.
Electrical works are monitored and audited for compliance to Regulations, internally by our QS and externally audited by inspection annually as part of the requirements to be an NICEIC Approved Contractor and ECA Registered Member.
